Resolving Team Conflict

Team conflict can be where ‘difference’ is playing out - or it could be because of personality or leadership issues.

This programme starts with team members taking Team Resilience Profile to see what gaps your team may have and let us help to fill those missing areas to optimise performance. This programme can be provided as a one-day training course, a session at a conference or as part of a coaching programme for individuals.

By the end of the programme, leaders will have:

  • A toolkit to liberate themselves from the ‘drama’ in the team

  • A method to assess accountability and foster potential and learning

  • An appreciation of how to really transform performance

  • An approach to ensure teams are ‘change-ready’ so ‘change resistance’ is eliminated

Course Outline

  • How to deal with conflict within the team without people getting ‘bent out of shape’

  • How to deliver constant feedback to drive learning

  • How to create a challenging culture without excessive or corrosive ‘banter’

  • How to understand ‘what it takes’ to deliver performance on a sustained basis
