Introduction to Resilience
This course is for people who want to maintain, improve and sustain their potential and performance, and strive for balance in the key areas of cognitive, emotional and physiological functioning. This programme can be provided as a one-day training course, a session at a conference or as part of a coaching programme for individuals.
By the end of the programme, leaders will know:
