Resilient Leadership

This course is for managers and leaders who want to maintain, improve and sustain the potential and performance of themselves and their teams both in times of stability and change. This programme can be provided as a one-day training course, a session at a conference or as part of a coaching programme for individuals.

By the end of the programme leaders will know:

  • How to identify opportunities to build their own emotional intelligence and mental toughness and those of their team

  • The key principles of emotional intelligence and how it impacts on the balance of toxic and ‘clean’ relationships

  • How behaviours and choices ‘set the tone’ for their people and teams

  • How to build capacity and resilience into processes and ensure they are supported by culture

  • How decisions add value

  • How success can be differentiated for different people and led and managed appropriately

  • How performance can be improved within the context of their role

  • Have an action plan for implementation
