Resilience Coaching for Teams

If you want to help your team develop their resilience skills, this coaching workshop will help your team identify and develop strategies and processes to enable resilience and drive performance.

Our team coaching process is a highly interactive workshop where we blend together action learning, situational input and coaching to create a practical and useful event with a tangible outcome. Using virtual or face-to face-learning, our Executive Coaches will lead your team through a programme that is designed to have immediate impact.

Derived from Dr Russell Thackeray’s unique proprietary approach as a business psychologist with origins in counselling and performance psychology, resilience coaching for teams helps people manage stress effectively before it becomes costly to individuals, teams and the business.

The workshop can be a one-off or a continuing process to build capability, mindset and process. We can also combine this with a 'performance clinic' to diagnose and resolve specific issues.
