Prolonged stress can cause you, or your top talent, to operate at reduced capacity below their potential or be absent from the organisation entirely due to sick-leave. Resilience coaching, on either a stand-alone basis or as part of a programme, has proved a very successful way of helping managers understand the impact of resilience and how to start building strategies for change. Our experienced coaches deploy both a directive and non-directive approach depending upon what is required and will share their experience and knowledge of working to help senior managers regain, maintain and sustain well-being and performance during, or following, periods of constant change or extreme pressure.

Derived from Dr Russell Thackeray’s unique proprietary approach as a business psychologist with origins in counselling and performance psychology, resilience coaching for individuals helps people manage stress effectively before it becomes costly to both the individual and the business.

Held over an agreed number of sessions (if required), our coaching sessions will help you reduce any stress or anxiety, improve your resilience and develop a great mindset. By raising awareness, building on tools and strategies, coaching will help you focus on your own personal situations and help you develop your own personal resilience so you can perform at your best.
