Coaching Skills for Managers Course

Coaching is a great way to improve potential. It can provide your employees with the opportunity to grow and improve performance through consistent feedback, counselling and mentoring.  We can develop your managers to become active and effective coaches, increasing engagement and improving the performance of your teams.

We also support organisations that want to maximise the benefits of coaching. Coaching needs to be supported at the very top of the organisation, but not limited to senior executives, so we can help develop strategies and processes to increase its scope and availability throughout the workforce.

As an example, our 1-day programme aims to equip managers with the coaching skills to enable them to develop, manage and support staff. It also provides an understanding of the relationship between coaching, training and management. It’s suitable for anyone who is coaching or would like to coach colleagues in the workplace.

To ensure the workshop is as useful as possible the tutor/facilitator will tailor the content to meet specific needs and requirements of participants wherever possible. By the end of this one day course delegates will have:

  • A clear understanding of the processes and context of Coaching

    Skills to maximise Coaching

Tools to identify the roles and responsibilities involved in effective Coaching

A clear action plan for effective coaching

  • This will be a highly experiential workshop with plenty of opportunity for discussion, challenge and feedback.

If you want to learn more about how coaching can benefit you and your organisation, you can book a complementary 30-minute exploration session below.
