Valerie Canino coaches teens and their parents who seek to regain a stronger sense of connection, away from the conflict that so often rules the relationship between teens and their parents. She asks her clients to describe their ideal vision of the relationship they want to have and then proceeds to identify the roadblocks that get in the way and confronts these issues head-on. She also creates a space for parents and teens to gain the clarity to recognise the wisdom in their struggles so they can write a new story in their own lives with success, balance, alignment and joy.
