An experienced senior executive, Shona is passionate about helping other senior leaders connect and engage with their employees. Her aim is to increase employee retention and employee engagement whilst achieving organisational strategic goals.

At the same time she could bring the organisation’s mission alive and understand the impact her decisions had on them.
