Michael O’Brien - Changing perspective to overcome challenges

Michael O’Brien is a qualified meditation teacher, executive coach, and endurance athlete. He loves helping people prevent a bad moment from turning into a bad day and accomplish hard things through mindfulness. He’s also a survivor of a horrific near-death cycling accident called his Last Bad Day and years in the corporate executive suite. In 2022 he used the power of mindfulness to ride his bike across America.
