She sits as a Recorder in the Crown Court, as a legal advisor to Fitness to Practise panels of the GDC and devises and delivers legal training to fitness to practise panel members of professional regulators. She also sits on the Board of the Bar Standards Board.

John has extensive expertise in the design and delivery of performance improvement programmes to help motivate people be the best they can be and has used a range of tools and techniques to help people suffering from stress/anxiety, lack of confidence and performance issues.
John is a qualified emotional intelligence practitioner and is also a leading expert in Heart Coherence and biofeedback, qualifying at the Institute of HeartMath in California. He is the EU Master Trainer using the Heartmath Peak Performance System helping improve performance and raise levels of Resilience.

She is experienced at operating in both internal and external learning and development partner roles, working closely with key stakeholders, identifying and anticipating business needs and creating and delivering learning and development solutions to meet those needs.

Miranda Stephenson has been actively involved with human development for many years, working with individuals, national and international organisations helping them to instigate development intervention.
With a flair for inspirational and creative solutions to development opportunities Miranda specialises in Human Behaviour and Communication skills, which incorporates inter and intra personal communication skills development.
Miranda’s principle passion has been developing interventions which focus on human behavior and communication skills. She helps individuals and teams to create practical workable solutions to improve internal and external communication, enhancing leadership skills, relationships and improving motivation, enthusiasm and energy in many cases.
Miranda is also involved with leadership qualification programmes working with CMI for the last twelve years running both level 2,3 and level 5 programmes from Award to Diploma level. Miranda is passionate about leadership development and the importance of ensuring leaders are equiped to face the challenges in business today.
