Dr Kristen Albert - Intentional leadership
Dr. Kristen Alber aka Kris is an executive leadership coach who is changing the image of a leader from being someone at the top of the corporate ladder or holding a title of privilege to be someone who is able to make a difference. As a leadership coach, she knows unequivocally the leadership characteristics that are positively and negatively correlated to leadership effectiveness. Most importantly, she is skilled at helping individuals to not only identify the characteristics that are holding them back, but coaching them to reduce negatively correlated characteristics while focusing intentionally on growing the skills that will create positive leadership impact.
Dr Albert holds a diploma and certification in coaching from the Newfield Network in Boulder, Colorado, and has earned certification to administer and interpret the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and has earned leadership effectiveness ratings between the 96th to 99th percentile in 2021 compared to more than a quarter of a million global leaders! She is also a practitioner of Positive Intelligence (PQ). In addition to her Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of Delaware, she has also earned her master's degree in counseling from Shippensburg University of PA.
