Dr Eric Recker - Win the Now

Eric Recker has worn a lot of hats. He spent the first half of his life doing what he thought he had to do.  Putting his nose down and enduring the grind.  But it was never quite enough.  Through experiences with triathlon, mountain climbing, owning a dental practice with a team of 20, becoming a pilot, and extensive travel, he learned that what he was searching for wasn’t at the top of the mountain. Through the COVID-forced closure of his dental practice in spring of 2020, he  realised he had not been living in the present in his own life.  He kept climbing mountains (literally and figuratively) to try to find meaning at the “mountain top,” but then realised what he was searching for wasn’t “out there.”

After an extensive time of quiet and reflection, the concept of #WINtheNOW came to Eric. This concept helps people to overcome the “epidemic of distraction” that seems to be impacting us all.   Now, Eric is passionate about equipping people to be fully present in their own lives.  He also wants to help them to not be stuck in the past or worried about the future so they can be the best version of themselves and positively impact their world!
