Donna Dahl - Empowering Change. Lessons I Learned from the Tortoise.

Donna P. Dahl, M.Ed., is a thought leader, award-winning executive empowerment coach, author, and speaker who uses a next-generation individualised implementation process founded in neuroscience. She works with leaders, decision-makers, teams, CEOs, and entrepreneurs around the world who are ready to move from stuck to start in as little as 90 minutes in this new era where so many are unsure of how to gain traction in their role.

Donna has been recognised with awards, including the most recent Top 20 awards for Empowerment Coaches 2022, the 2016 Woman of Inspiration Award, the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, and the 100th Anniversary International Women's Day Award for Outstanding Service to Business.

Donna has not only written and self-published five self-empowerment books targeting entrepreneurs and those who are looking at reinventing themselves, but she has also written five other books including three mini-cookbooks. She has also been a newspaper editor and a professional journal and newsletter editor and is one of only 80 coaches from around the world who were internationally featured in The Change Book Series. In this podcast:

  • Why you need resilience to write a book

  • The importance of starting with the ‘why’
