Dr Stoler is also a Neurofeedback practitioner, Board Certified Sports Psychologist and Performing Arts Psychologist, and specialises in Brain Fitness. She has worked with amateur, professional and Olympic athletes, as well as performing artists to help them achieve peak performance. Before she worked as a psychologist, she worked in both the special education and business sectors and was trained as a cost accountant and has used her business experience in her work with CEO’s and CFO’s to help them develop the resilient mindset needed in their careers.

In this episode, Dr Stoler  talks about her personal experiences as well as her professional expertise. In 1990 she suffered a cerebral bleed whilst driving and was involved in a car accident which left her badly injured. Fourteen years after her car crash she had a mini-stroke and two further separate accidents left her with further concussions. Then, during routine CAT scans and MRIs, doctors discovered a brain tumor and diagnosed permanent brain damage. These experiences have led her to devote her clinical practice and writings to help organisations and individuals overcome life’s obstacles and achieve their goals.
