Time Management Course

This 1-day highly pragmatic and interactive course aims to raise awareness of, and practice the key sills in the ‘soft’ skill areas of Time Management.

The course will encompass any organisational values and behaviours relevant to your organisation.

Audience:

The course is suitable for anyone who has to manage their time, or work to any sort of deadline.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

This course will give you the skills to manage your time more effectively. 

To ensure the course is as useful as possible the tutor/facilitator will tailor the content to meet specific needs and requirements of participants wherever possible.

By the end of this one day course you will have:

  • The tools to identify the 7 most common wastes of time

  • The confidence to manage others as a way to improving time management

  • Practised and been given the opportunity to build your confidence so that you can manage your time more effectively

  • A clear action plan to help you manage your time more effectively

  • This will be a highly practical workshop with plenty of opportunity for discussion, challenge, practise and feedback.
